Background Techniques

 Supplies Needed
  • Brayer
  • Dye inks
  • Stamps of choice
  • Cardstock
  1. Load the brayer with ink by running over the inkpad until you can see a layer of ink on the brayer.
  2. Starting off the edge of the paper, roll the brayer onto the cardstock, rolling back and forth to get even coverage.
  3. Stamp images.

Depending on the image used, you might want to stamp it first and mask it, or even emboss it.  For this card it was okay to stamp the images last, since they are stamped with black ink and look like they are in a forest at night.

I punched a circle out of white cardstock and adhered to the card for the moon.
