Supplies Needed

Instructions:

Stamp image on acetate with black permanent ink and allow to dry.
Color the back of the acetate with the coloring medium of your choice (I used markers).
While the acetate is drying, scrunch up the aluminum foil and then straighten out. You will still have lots of scrunched areas.
Put the aluminum foil behind the acetate and adhere with brads to the cardstock underneath.
